Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from your account settings. Your subscription stops renewing and access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. No partial-period refund is issued on cancellation.

Refunds

7-day guarantee on first purchase. If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, email support@caderarealestate.com within 7 days of that first payment for a full refund.

Renewals. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, since you retain access for the period paid. If a renewal was clearly unintended and the period has barely begun, contact us; we look at these case by case.

Annual plans. The 7-day guarantee applies to the first annual payment. Beyond that, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled to stop future renewal.

Service failure. If the Service is materially unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will discuss a credit or refund.

Free tier

Free accounts cost nothing and can be closed at any time. Nothing to refund.

How to request

Email support@caderarealestate.com from your account address with the reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank. Most issues are resolved faster directly, and a chargeback typically results in account suspension while it is investigated.
