1. Who we are

2. What we collect

You give us:

• Account details: name, email address, password (stored hashed, never in plain text)
• Analysis data: property addresses, financial assumptions, notes, photographs
• Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number
• Anything you send us by email or in a form

Collected automatically:

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps
• Cookies necessary for authentication and session management

3. Why we use it

• To operate the Service and store your analyses
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send service messages: receipts, password resets, important changes
• To respond to support requests
• To improve the Service, using aggregate patterns rather than individual analyses
• To meet legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your analysis data to train machine learning models.

4. Who we share it with

Only the providers needed to run the Service:

Each is bound by its own agreement to protect your data. We may also disclose information where required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition, in which case we will notify you.

5. International transfers

We operate from the United States and our providers store data in the United States. If you are outside the United States, using the Service means your information is transferred there. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, which are incorporated into our agreements with the providers listed above.

6. How long we keep it

• Account and analysis data: while your account is active
• After account deletion: removed within 30 days, except where we must retain records for legal or accounting reasons (typically 7 years for payment records)
• Waitlist entries: until we launch or you ask us to remove you
• Logs: 30 days

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent.

Californian residents (CCPA/CPRA) additionally have the right to know what is collected and to opt out of sale. We do not sell personal information.

To exercise any of these, email privacy@caderarealestate.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. You can delete your account and its data at any time from your account settings.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Passwords are hashed. Access controls restrict analysis data to the account that created it. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

10. Changes

We will post updates here and notify you of material changes by email.
